Darren Hagen had a very nasty crash in which he flipped going through turn 3 into 4. After a series of very high, very violent flips, he landed in the apex. Luckily, Care Flight had just arrived at the track for their normal duty. Word from USAC's website is that Darren suffered two broken rubs and a partially collapsed lung. He will recover.
